You can make a difference in the life of a family affected by childhood cancer! Volunteers are a huge reason why so many children and families get to enjoy camp each summer and have the ongoing support of year round recreational programs.
As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to build wonderful relationships with amazing children and families, as well as make connections with other like-minded people who want to make a difference in the world. Volunteering is an excellent opportunity to learn from others and offer your talents, while having a fantastic time!
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Currently, we are looking for volunteers to be special friends/camp counselors at our winter and spring weekend camps and all our 2018 summer programs. Volunteers are needed at the OuR Island site near Belleville, the Rainbow Lake site in Waterford and for the day camps in Barrie, Kingston, Oakville, London, Hamilton, Toronto, and Ottawa.
